Paranormal Stalkers is an independent paranormal investigation team. We are not an emergency, medical or property safety service.

If you suspect an electrical fault, gas leak, carbon monoxide exposure or structural issue, seek help from the appropriate qualified professional.

Does it cost anything to request an investigation?
Submitting an enquiry is free. If an investigation is considered appropriate, we will discuss any potential costs or arrangements with you before proceeding. There is no obligation to go ahead.
Will my information be kept confidential?
We understand that your experiences may be personal. Enquiries are handled discreetly, and we will not publish identifiable details of your case without an appropriate agreement or other lawful basis. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how your personal data is handled.
How long will it take to hear back from you?
We aim to review enquiries as soon as reasonably possible. Response times vary depending on the number of requests received and our team's availability. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your enquiry has been submitted.
Do I need evidence before contacting you?
No. You do not need photographs, recordings or other evidence to submit an enquiry. We encourage you to describe what you have experienced as accurately as possible, including when and where events occurred.
Does submitting a request guarantee an investigation?
No. Every enquiry is assessed individually. We may request further information, recommend practical checks or determine that an on-site investigation is not appropriate.
What happens during a paranormal investigation?
Where an investigation is agreed, we will explain the proposed approach beforehand. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve interviews, observations, environmental checks and the use of recording equipment. We will discuss any access requirements and permissions before attending.
Will you film inside my home?
Any proposed filming or recording will be explained beforehand, and the appropriate permissions will be obtained. We will not treat submitting an enquiry as consent for footage of your home or personal experiences to be published.
What if you don't find anything paranormal?
That is a perfectly valid outcome. We do not guarantee paranormal findings. Our role is to document observations, consider possible explanations and discuss the results honestly, including when no unusual activity is recorded.
Can I contact you about a business or other property?
Yes. You can submit an enquiry about a residential, commercial or other property, provided you have the appropriate authority to discuss access and any potential investigation. We will assess whether the request falls within our capabilities.
Can Paranormal Stalkers remove spirits or perform exorcisms?
No. We do not offer exorcisms or guarantee the removal of alleged paranormal entities. Our work focuses on investigation, documentation and exploring possible explanations.
